About this policy
This policy describes the Aegis Protection marketing website. Aegis Protection is in development and its future workplace product will require separate agreements and site-specific privacy documentation. This website does not access workplace cameras or process workplace video.
Information you give us
When you apply for early access or contact us, we receive the name, email, organization and message you submit, plus any selected industry and camera range. Newsletter signup collects your email and consent. Do not submit sensitive worker information, camera footage or incident evidence through these forms.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, assess pilot suitability and communicate about the discussion you started. Newsletter consent is separate from a pilot application. You may ask us to stop contact or withdraw newsletter consent using the contact form.
Delivery and storage
Forms are submitted over HTTPS in production to our server and then to a configured delivery or lead-management provider. The provider may process information outside your country. Access should be limited to people handling your request. We aim to retain inquiries only as long as needed for the stated purpose and applicable obligations.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process routine request metadata, including IP address and browser information, for service delivery and security. This website does not currently set advertising cookies or load third-party behavioral analytics. Your browser may cache fonts, images and other site resources.
Your choices and requests
You can request access, correction or deletion of the information you submitted by using the contact form. Include enough information to identify your request without including sensitive documents. We may need to verify the request before responding. Rights and response requirements vary by location.
